Mannum Family Mission 2025

Partner with us in prayer

The SUPA Summa Fun team recognise that all of our efforts are worthless apart from God’s power Spirit working in and through us during the preparation and realisation of our program in Mannum. We would love to partner with our church communities in prayer for the Lord to be working powerfully in us and through us, that God and His love may be made so clearly known in Mannum this January. Here are some specific prayer points for each day of our program to guide you as you pray.

I urge you, brothers and sisters, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me. Romans 15:30

Sunday 12th:

- Pray for the team as we arrive and set up for the week ahead.

- Pray for us as a team - many are joining the team for the first time this year and will be finding their feet!

- Pray for Lord to be preparing the hearts of the children and families who will be attending program for what He has to teach and reveal to them.

Monday 13th:

- Pray for smooth commencement to the program, including the registration process for children.

- That children will hear, feel and know through the content of program, relationships with the team and movement of the spirit that God is more powerful than fear.

- For God to provide meaningful connections across all 4 age groups - primary and secondary age children.

Tuesday 14th:

- That children will learn, feel and know that God is more powerful than brokenness, pain and sickness.

- For God to bring exactly the right number of participants and families along to our program.

Wednesday 15th:

- Children will hear and be impacted by the truth that there’s strength in humility.

- For the team to remember to wait upon the Lord that they may be strengthened by His Spirit as we come to the halfway point in the program.

- For our first evening program- a family fun night. Pray for the event to run smoothly and that it may be a time of strengthening family relationships and a time for families to bond together.

Thursday 16th:

- For children to explore how Jesus is more powerful than death!

- For relationships between participants and the team to continue to grow and flourish that the Spirit of God may continue to minister to and bless each child.

Friday 17th:

- For children to feel prompted and guided by the Spirit to respond to the gospel message presented by giving their hearts to the Lord. To know and understand that Jesus is the Life!

- For the talent night, that it will be a night where each participant has the opportunity to feel seen and reassured, and where families will be presented with a summary of the program, including the gospel message and an invitation to connect with the local churches.

Saturday 18th:

- That the team can pack up quickly before spending time debriefing and celebrating together, thanking the Lord for how He has moved among the community during the week.

Beyond the Program:

- that children and families will remain connected to the local churches that they might form ongoing strong relationships with believers who can journey well alongside them as they continue to explore and deepen their faith.

- That local children will be motivated to maintain connection with the Friday night SUPA club in Mannum.

- For God to bless the team with rest and rejuvenation as they return to their daily lives.

- That God will guide the leadership team in their reflections upon the mission and as they begin to take steps towards planning for the following year.
