Space for Grace - Full of the Holy Spirit

‘your journey, your sacrifice, your desire, your space; for His grace.’

Acts 11:24 - He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord.

What do full of the Holy Spirit mean? Jesus said the Holy Spirit would remind us of Him – so it means to be full of Christ. Jesus said the Holy Spirit was power – so it means to be full of the power of Jesus, the same that rose Christ from the dead.

Paul cited the fruit of the Spirit, and that our conduct can be described by nine different attributes (Gal 5:22-23). To be full of the Holy Spirit means there is no room for anything else (Gal 5:16-21).

Reflect on the fruit of the Spirit. Reflect on the power of Holy Spirit. Reflect on the word and person of Jesus. Pray that you might too enjoy more of the Holy Spirit, that you might be full too!
